Do I need to create an M&G Account to make purchases on the website?
Yes. It is necessary to create an account on our website before you make your purchase. To create an account you just need to simply fill in your name, email, username and password for your M&G Account to complete your registration.
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes. After you submit your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation that includes the data and charges for each product ordered.
Is there a receipt after i have completed my purchase?
Yes. There will be an automated invoice sent to you through your registered email containing details of your purchase. The invoice is also available in a pdf file that is available for you to download.
What is a referral point?
You can use referral points when you have accumulated enough referral points to purchase your order. For every 20 referral points, you get an equivalent exchange for RM1. Products are available to purchase by points once enough points are accumulated.
How do I earn referral points?
You may earn referral points by sharing your referral link with your friends and family. After they created an account on our website using your referral link they are counted as your referee. Points are earned whenever you or your referee purchase our products for the first time from our website. For every RM1 purchased by you or your referee, you will earn 1 referral point.
How do I check how many referral points do I have currently?
You can go to My Accounts>My Referrals to see details about your referral points.
Is there an expiration date on the the referral points I have collected?
No there is no expiration date on our referral points.
What happen if I found out that my points are wrongly allocated to me?
How can i track my parcel?
You can track your parcel by clicking My Account> Orders > Actions > Details or just simply click your order to see your order status. Your tracking number can be found under the additional information section.
When is our working hours?
Our normal office working hour starts every Monday to Friday 9.00a.m to 5.30 p.m (GMT+8) and Saturday 9.00 a.m to 1.00p.m (GMT+8). Not including public holidays.
How often can I place orders?
You can place orders as often as you’d like. However, please take note that your orders will only be processed during working hours only.
Can I just call or fax in my order?
No. We’ve designed the online ordering system to ensure accuracy and timeliness. It is very easy to use.
